Twilight. Ummmm, It's Alright.

Friday night after work...I got off at 9:30PM...13 of us (friends and co-workers) went to Twilight, in matching t-shirts. (Designed by me, thanks for the idea Eliza!) We had such a great time. Six girls went at about 7:00PM to stand in line for our 10:00PM show time, so of course, we were the first people in line and we got great seats. We laughed like giddy, school girls and had such a great night! As I was driving home I thought, "I should really get out more often!" I couldn't even tell you that last time I was out after midnight.

If I were to grade the movie I would give it a C+, it was just alright. I won't give anything away to those of you that haven't seen it, but it felt like I was watching a soap opera...cheesily made with poor acting. BUT, I love the story and there were parts where the acting got better. I know the next movie will be much better...and of course I'll be there opening night!

I love going to your blog and looking at the picture on your header. Those two kids are absolutely adorable. I am almost mesmerized. I love just looking at them. Glad you had a good time with your friends. Most everyone I have talked to has the same reaction. Great time with the people they go with, but the movie is just ok. Did I mention I love looking at the “B” Twins? I love you guys and miss you terribly.

Amanda.
I had the same reaction. But I of course will support the movies because they are great stories like you said. I hope too that certain actresses will grow on me.

There was a small group of us that went to lunch and then to the movie. It had been a LONG time since I'd had a "girls" outing so it was so nice to get out without the baby and relax. I told myself I needed to do it more often.

Oh and do you know of any good shopping places in Vegas? I know it's your old stomping grounds.
