Oh, about a year ago, I was 5 months pregnant with twinners, a boy and a girl, and it's nearing Halloween and The Disney Store has all their costumes for super cheap. I snap up a Tinkerbell costume and some matching Tink shoes as fast as I can and then I think to myself, "I'll just get a Peter Pan costume next year." 
Hah! Easier said, then done. Let me just tell you, infant Peter Pan costumes are super hard to find and the very few places that sell them are either sold out or NOT cheap. So I decided to bid on one on e-bay. Guess what the winning bid was? $36.52. Yep you read that right, $36.52--for some used felt! Grrr. So I broke down and purchased one off of the Internet for $29.99 and then I paid $9.99 for shipping.

"I'll sell it next year on e-bay and make all my money back!"
"Well, I did save a ton on Brinkley's costume!"
"I'll throw them a Neverland first birthday party!"
Blah, blah blah! So my suggestion to all you sewers out there, start making some Petey costumes now and make a fortune off suckers like me next Halloween! Or if you're e-bay savvy, scoop up some off clearance this Halloween and make your fortune next year. In the mean time, I'm not going to lie, I am super excited for my little rug rats to get all dressed up....oh and don't you worry I am going to document the heck out of that costume.
P.S. Does anyone know where I can find brown infant tights? Oh, and don't tell David I'm about to put his son in tights?!

As a mother who is totally into theme Halloween costumes I support everything you had to do to make this happen. I can't wait to see the pictures. I'm sure they will turn out adorable. Have you tried on the Tinkerbell costume yet? I'm very excited!!
I can't for the pics to come forth. Even in tights, Braxton is still my main man. Tinker will be a big a heart breaker now and at the birthday party.
Well an infant in tights is Waaaay better than "Men in Tights" so hope you can locate some. Can't wait to see the photo's!
