The Results Are In!

We have the results of the long-awaited gender question. Ya, all 4 months that we've been waiting. Before we share the news, we just wanted you to know that the babies are looking great and are both measuring 17 weeks exactly and they weigh approximately 6 whole ounces. They have heartbeats of 143 (A) and 150 (B) beats per minute and they don't have spina bifida, cleft lips or Downs Syndrome and their hearts are perfectly formed. We know that was the information you were waiting for, but just in case you were interested, we thought you may want to know their gender.

It took every bit of my will power, but I told the technician not to tell me what their gender is and I also made sure I looked away at any chance of a peek...super tough. She put the results in a sealed envelope and I waited nearly 4 hours before David came to my work to open up the envelope with me. After much anticipation we'd like to announce...

Our Daughter/Baby A.

Our Son/Baby B.

We are so excited and we feel so overwhelming blessed. Thanks to each of you for all of your love and support! We just can't wait to meet them!

Oh my gosh I just got teary eyed! I am so thrilled. Do I get a prize for guessing right?? Gosh, you are so dang lucky to have both. What a blessing. You must be so excited! It is such a weight off the shoulders when you hear the Dr say they are healthy huh. Now you can relax, eat, and start shopping!
