It was nothing we ever aspired to be...landlords!

After relentless prodding by my husband, we have finally put our Las Vegas condo on the “RENT” market. It has been 7 months and that baby is just not selling. I don’t know why, it is so cute. It has more upgrades and better appliances than our house, it has so much closet space and I just loved our happy times there. I’ve been willing to rent it for some time now, but I wanted to be picky. I was hoping friends would refer someone or that the most “perfect renters” would fall like manna from heaven. But sadly this has not happened. So as of last night we listed it on Craigslist.com (love the site!) and hopefully some great renters will come our way. We don’t mind if you want to pray for us. If any of you have “landlorded” before we would love your tips and advise. In the cheesy, yet appropriate words of James Blunt:
