We decorated the Christmas tree last night....chaos! This was the first year that we let the kids in on the fun and it was crazy! Braxton and Brady went to town throwing the ball-like ornaments across the room while screaming! And Brinkley was in heaven, she totally felt the Christmas spirit and sang, "we wish you a merry Christmas," as she hung each ornament--literally those exact words with every ornament, it was seriously precious! She was so thorough at decorating that while on her back placing an ornament on the bottom the tree (huh????) she got her hair caught on a branch and was stuck for a few moments--our only injury of the night, thankfully!
My mom face-timed us with her iPad during the chaos...so we do have a witness!
In the midst of the hectic-ness that surrounds our life, I am so truly thankful that this IS my life--I'm blessed beyond measure! Merry Christmas!
