We took a little road trip to Texas and had such a great time! The kids were pretty well-behaved...for the most part and it gave us the opportunity to see lots of our family, whom we adore! 
First stop: Amarillo, Texas, we met up with my parents (in town for sweet Lilly's blessing and Brooke's baptism), and Jeremy, Eliza and kids, we had a pizza/swim party with Eliza's family. Lots of kids, lots of pizza, lots of fun!
As we traveled through Texas, we quickly found out that TEXAS LOVES SONIC! There's one in every little city and lots of them are dine-in, we quickly loved SONICS too!
Final destination: Prosper, Texas, we partied with Aimee, Shaun, Cooper, Maggie and Andrea! It's a lot to take all 5 of us into your home, so a huge thank you to the Stantons for your love and hospitality, thank you!
The night we got there we hit up Chipotle and then we got to go to a Lakers/Mavericks game! WE HAD SO MUCH FUN with Aimee and Andrea (Shaun was coaching a baseball tournament), I forgot how awesomely funny and amazing my sisters are, sucks to live so far away! (They even wore matching Lakers' shirts, I bought them.)

The Stantons gave Brinkley and Braxton an awesome belated birthday party!
The kids got to enjoy some quality cousin bonding time!
Aimee taught Cooper, Brinkley and Braxton how to make lasagna!
And we spent a lot of time laughing, talking and hanging out! Oh, and we saw tons of cows, none of which I photographed, so I drew one to honor our bovine friends!

You are a very great draw-er of cows, Amanda. That cow is worthy of a children's book. Looks like you had a blast in the Big D (as they apparently call it in these parts).

So fun. Don't you hate that the cousins live so far apart? I do. Your sisters look great!! I haven't seen them in forever. I am so glad you guys got to go - you are so good at updating. You've inspired me!!
