If anyone knows me, they know that I love The Price Is Right. If I was going to be back in California, I had to go one last time before Bob Barker retires in June. It was a long day and I didn't get picked. What else is new? Come on can't a girl just win a year's supply of garlic tablets, a riding lawn mower, some golf clubs, a motor home or maybe a recliner? It's not the prizes, it's just that I wanted my moment on contestant's row. Oh well, I guess I'll never get to cross that off of "My Life's To Do List." If you are in the L.A. area and you want to go see Bob, here's a link to Information and Tickets. Spin the big wheel for me! CBS Daytime The Price Is Right Also, they are filming some big thing in March, read more about it on the site.(Pictured from Right to Left: Dad, Mom, Me, David, Jenn and Matt. This was taken at the Grove, one of my favorite shopping venues in L.A., check it out: The Grove.)
We also went to a Laker game at The Staples Center. It was such a blast. Our seats were pretty high up as you can see from the view of the Laker Girls dancing at half court. BUT at least we got tickets. So you may ask: "Amanda, how did you get tickets to the L.A. Lakers v. the Cleveland Cavaliers, that game has been sold out for 6 months?" My reply would be: "I've got connections." (Thanks Lisa, I still can't believe you got us the tickets, I owe you!)
