If there's anything that I have realized in the 5 1/2 years that David and I have been married is that he loves fire. A wonderful attribute, I'm sure, if we were cave-people. I seriously hope he doesn't pass it on to Braxton.
We have a big backyard that we have yet to landscape and it's become overgrown with huge weeds through the summer. Well, the other night David took all of those weeds and lit them on fire...I guess it saves a trip to the dump and it is legal to burn where we live. He was so proud and totally in his element.

Oh my gosh, Matt does the same thing all the time! I'm always afraid someone's going to call the cops or fire dept. on us because Matt takes all our tree branches, weeds, and pine needles and makes a huge bonfire every couple months! Ha ha, I thought he was the only one!
