Windy New Mexico

After church yesterday we had our friends, Doug, Danielle and their three kids over for dinner. I made what I would like to call “Mexican Lasagna.” It’s lasagna made with taco meat, sounds funny, but it’s pretty good. It gives the lasagna some extra zest! David especially liked it with ranch dressing on top…gross! After dinner we TRIED to fly kites at the park across from our house. It was just too windy, the kites didn’t stay up for very long, but it was a lot of fun!
